Stephan: The bizarre activity of the Obama Justice Department trying to crush the medical marijuana industry benefits no one but the Mexican Mafia. I find it quite interesting that the industry has filed a lawsuit over this activity. That in itself is a significant change in our culture. It will inevitably go to the Supreme Court, where it will make interesting law concerning States Rights.
