Stephan:   I wish for all my American readers a wonderful Thanksgiving. We have both our daughters here, Katherine's husband, Steve, and our new grandson Ryley -- four months old. Thanksgiving has always been my favorite holiday because it is the least commercialized national holiday that everyone celebrates. This is a time for family unpolluted by the expectation and press of gifts.
