Stephan:   The American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) which worked so hard at voter suppression, and climate change denial, has now extended it brief into stopping attempts to make carbon fuels less polluting. That's right: They are working to assure that high polluting fuels are protected. When I read about this extension of the Republican Party I always wonder, How do these people live with themselves? They remind me of the villains in the The Game of Thrones. Utterly immoral. And the people who fund them, even worse.
