Stephan:   If you read SR regularly you know I have been saying for years that what was going to begin the migrations associated with climate change would be changes in insurance beginning at the re-insurance level, the companies your insurance company uses. One of the great failures of the Obama Administration, a failure which I think history will passionately condemn, is the failure to pro-actively and effectively develop a remediation plan for dealing with climate change. We know that the military security apparat is using national security issues to develop fully fleshed out plan to control civil unrest. That's what one expects of power structures more interested in protecting the interests and profits of the few, then in actually doing something about the problem. But that does not address the real problem. And this failure will haunt our future, and the future of our children and grandchildren.
