I live in Louisville Ky. I happened to see a small notice buried in a section of this Sunday’s paper: “Some Polling Places Have Been Moved. Residents Should Receive Notice.” There was a list of about 6 locations. Notice the word “Should.” This, a week before the election. Innocent? Incompetent? Intentional? To me it was, at the least, disturbing.
