I know a man who was in the Airforce when they were developing Teflon to put on aircraft wings to make them fly easier through the air. They knew way back in the 1970’s that it caused cancer, yet it is still being put on pots and pans which we use for cooking. That is insane, and I would never use anything but stainless steel or cast iron which are both safe according to what I have read.
