The word Catholic is supposed to mean “Universal”, but it is a misnomer. Catholic religion is not Universal. The authors could not know what any “Universal” religion would look like. I am a “Cosmic Universalist” which means all the Universe is connected and is created by and sustained by the same Universal Consciousness. That is what I call God. I am a minister but do not believe the Christian religion has merit in this day and age. Judge me as you will, but find out the truth when you leave your body when you die. I have died once and it taught me the truth, and was sent back to spread this message, before I leave my body again. I can’t wait.
