WASHINGTON — The FBI has information that indicates associates of President Donald Trump communicated with suspected Russian operatives to possibly coordinate the release of information damaging to Hillary Clinton’s campaign, US officials told CNN.
This is partly what FBI Director James Comey was referring to when he made a bombshell announcement Monday before Congress that the FBI is investigating the Trump campaign’s ties to Russia, according to one source.
The FBI is now reviewing that information, which includes human intelligence, travel, business and phone records and accounts of in-person meetings, according to those U.S. officials. The information is raising the suspicions of FBI counterintelligence investigators that the coordination may have taken place, though officials cautioned that the information was not conclusive and that the investigation is ongoing.
In his statement on Monday Comey said the FBI began looking into possible coordination between Trump campaign associates and suspected Russian operatives because the bureau had gathered “a credible allegation of wrongdoing or reasonable basis to believe […]
“Suggests” “Suspected” This is a fact free zone. What we are seeing is a massive propaganda effort which intends to create an impression by repeating the same non-information over and over.
I know some people who have (and some still are) been working with the FBI, and CIA, and they know how difficult it is to put your hands on the real facts since all this talk about it has forced the organizations to use different forms of communication; it is very difficult and nearly impossible to clearly define a source of information, let alone the actual information itself. I do have a “gut” feeling that there is some collusion going on, but it may never be found.
In other words…you don’t have the most basic grasp of how investigations work? Explain to me, EXACTLY, how it is ‘propaganda’ to conduct a full and thorough investigation, and then compile all relevant information so that an informed, accurate assessment/conclusion can then be presented?
You keep using these same dried-put complaints, yet what would you have them do? release or post baseless Tweets and nonsense that they get from National Enquirer or lunatics like Alex Jones? Perhaps you are on-board with Trump’s method of A Conclusion In Search Of Evidence, but rational people respect the process of law.
Using your failed logic, ANY criminal trial would be ‘fact-free’ and concluded, before the cases had been fully presented to a judge.
