Amid ongoing reports of racially motivated threats and attacks against Asians in the United States, a majority of Asian Americans say violence against them is increasing, according to a new Pew Research Center survey. Most Asian Americans also worry about being threatened or attacked, with a third saying they have changed their daily routine because of these concerns.
Overall, about six-in-ten Asian adults (63%) say violence against Asian Americans in the U.S. is increasing, while 19% say there has not been much change and 8% say it is decreasing. This is down somewhat since last year, when 81% of Asian Americans said violence against them was increasing.

I was born in Hartford Ct. on a street which was all black people except for me. I loved all my black neighbors and they me. I had a good friend across the street from me who’s family had a large TV and I spent a lot of time with my black friend watching TV because we had just an old small screen TV whish a person could not even see without squinting. All the black folks on my block were so friendly that I cannot comprehend why anyone would not like black people. Black people are all more friendly than white people to me even now that I am 75 years old.
P.S.: Most of my friends when I was in the Army in Germany were of Spanish decent because they were more friendly toward me than the whites which were very much outnumbered by Mexican rooted people. I even became a God-father to a child of a spanish- American family from California, after having helped with the birth of their child in a taxi while on-route to a hospital (we did not make it to the hospital).
