The United States as in most things has the most unequal education system amongst the developed nations. Public education has gotten so bad in America that according to the National Center for Education Statistics, 48 million adults in this country struggle to read schoolchild basic English, and do not comprehend multisyllabic words. Low education, low IQ, high fear, and resentment. That’s MAGAt world. These are the people criminal Trump manipulates. The obvious solution to this is better public education, and education opportunities for adults and immigrants. This, of course, is why Republicans have been trying to dismantle public education in the United States for years, and why criminal Trump is now proposing a national university to indoctrinate fascism and conspiracy fantasies while charging low or no fees.

One of the areas that the GOP has for years down-played and funded less is public education. Why? Well, good history books will tell the truth and the GOP can’t have that! So another ploy they supported was charter schools owned privately and receiving public funds to operate and they have been shown basically to be no better and often worse than public schools. Until the US once again moves toward improving public education and that means paying teachers with much higher salaries and not funding these privately-run money pits, education is not going to improve. And let’s be real—-the majority of these charter schools are in red states.
